1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and attendance at the “Beyond the Boundary with Shikhar Dhawan” Gala Dinner. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All ticket sales are final and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the organizers.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after purchase; please bring this (printed or digital) for event entry.
  • Entry will only be granted to the name registered at purchase unless otherwise arranged in advance.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or major rescheduling.
  • In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Dress Code

Guests are expected to wear formal or black-tie attire suitable for an elegant evening at Lord’s Long Room.

5. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use by the organizers.
VIP guests will receive a dedicated photo opportunity with Shikhar Dhawan.

6. Conduct & Behavior

The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates the dignity of the event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event unless caused by proven negligence.
